Victims of GBVF are encouraged to not navigate trauma alone

The House of Influence in Namakwa district encourage the victims and survivors of gender based-violence to not navigate trauma alone. Ms. Whashiela Xholis of House of Influence says the organization’s commitment is to safe and support communities where young people, women, children and members of the LGBTIQA+ community can speak openly and access assistance. She stressed awareness of individual rights, referrals to support services and a culture of respect, dignity, equality and justice.
