Police Seizee Six Cellphones And Four Samsung Tablets With An Estimated Combined Value Of Approximately R160 000-00

The South African Police Service says, they arrested a male suspect on the 12th of September 2026. Police spokesperson brigadier Mashay Gamieldien says the suspect is expected to appear at Kimberley magistrates’ court soon, facing charges relating to possession of suspected illicit drugs and possession of suspected stolen property.

Gamieldien says a vehicle was also confiscated as it is believed to have been used in the commission of crime.

She says a further search was conducted that brought the seizure of six cellphones and four Samsung tablets with an estimated combined value of approximately R160 000-00.
