Nazeed Pienaar has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment by Pofadder regional court
The accused who allegedly raped a 46 year old woman in Pofadder on the 29th March 2025, Nazeed Pienaar better known as China has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment by Pofadder regional court on the 9th September 2026. Police spokesperson captain Ivan Magerman says a 46-year-old female victim was allegedly raped at her residence while she was sleeping on the veranda at ten minutes to two in the morning. He says the Namakwa district management welcomed the 10-year prison sentence handed down to Nazeed Pienaar, also known as “China” by the Pofadder regional court on the 9th September 2026.
