COGHSTA MEC Motlhaping, to hand over completed houses and title deeds to beneficiaries of Hopetown

MEC Lebogang Motlhaping, responsible for cooperative governance, human settlements and traditional affairs (COGHSTA) in the Northern Cape will be handing over some of the completed houses and title deeds to beneficiaries of the Hopetown 60 housing project, in the Thembelihle local municipality, situated in the Pixley Ka Seme district municipality today, the 8th September 2026. According to information, the Hopetown 60 housing project is one of the five housing projects that are part of the one billion rand housing project, implemented in four local municipalities across the Pixley Ka Seme district municipality. MEC Motlhaping will also plant trees at the housing project site as part of the project’s greening and beautification.
