Police national research component will visit Upington
Police national research component led by colonel Dr. Avhashoni Madzivhandila, is currently conducting a customer satisfaction survey across the Northern Cape. Police spokesperson colonel Cherelle Ehlers says the research team will be visiting Kimberley and Galeshewe from the 7th 2026 to the 10th July 2026, after which they will proceed to Upington to continue the survey. Ehlers says the purpose of the survey is to assess public perceptions of SAPS services and to evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery within communities. She says the findings of the survey will assist the organization in enhancing service delivery, improving responsiveness to community needs and strengthening public confidence in the police service as it strives to create a safe and secure environment for all.
