The Premier of the Northern Cape, Dr. Zamani Saul, along with the MEC responsible for Youth, Women, Persons living with disabilities, Communication and e-Government, Venus Blennies and the MEC for Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, Abram Vosloo and the CEO of Mme Re Ka Thusa Trust Fund Gladys Motshele is scheduled to conduct the second last leg of the handing over of funding and equipment for YWD in the John Taolo Gaetsewe district. The program is scheduled for Wednesday 8 May 2024. According to information, the program will be officiated at the Gamaraga Town Hall from 12:00 in the afternoon while the final YWD Enterprise Development Fund handover will take place in the remaining district Namakwa the Dates for which is still to be communicated.
