The Democratic Alliance in the Northern Cape says it intends to duplicate the success of the DA-led Western Cape

The Democratic Alliance in the Northern Cape says it intends to duplicate the success of the DA-led Western Cape, as the latter has managed to create 360 000 new jobs in one year alone. Furthermore the Northern Cape leg of the party says it also aims to rescue thousands of young jobseekers from the despair and hopelessness of unemployment and has thus urged voters to put their faith in the DA on 29 May 2024. The party says it wants to make it easier for businesses to get their goods from the point of production to ports itself, however this will require a long-term strategy for the management and improvement of road and rail networks. The party reckons that this will require asset management standards and plans for preservation, maintenance, and management of transport infrastructure.
