The Department of Roads and Public Works in the northern cape are currently embarking on a roadshow to the various District Offices in the northern cape. According to a statement by the department this roadshow will be taking place in the context of the remodeling of the department. The department shared on their official social media platform that the purpose of this roadshow is to inform all employees with a particular focus on roadworkers regarding the ongoing Change Management Process. The Corporate Services Chief Director, Mpotsang accompanied by the Independent Business Advisor, Deon Barnard started activities yesterday and informed the John Taolo Gaetsewe District staff regarding the upcoming Skills Audit and Climate Survey.
