The Pixley Ka Seme District Municipality is currently convening it's quarterly Technical Intergovernmental Relations Forum meeting and according to an official media statement, this is the 4th IGR meeting of the year 2023 but the 1st in the 2023/24 Financial Year. The municipality says, the objectives of the IGR Forum is aimed at strengthening intergovernmental relations and at the same time identify challenges and ways of improving service delivery and monitor service delivery, therefore the District Municipality aims through this forum to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and explore innovative solutions to put the needs of the community first and to swiftly address their concerns.
